Bunny Bootcamp™ is a travel agent training course offered by Hopper. This job-readiness program is designed for individuals with little or no experience in the travel industry, who have a love for travel and aspire to become a travel agent.

Prerequisites

Before you start Bunny Bootcamp™, familiarize yourself with the prerequisites that are common to this industry. Most travel companies hiring travel agents will require you to:

Deliver an exceptional level of customer service via chat, phone, and email
Type 55 to 75 words per minute on average
Communicate well in English at a minimum; additional languages preferred
Demonstrate an aptitude for working with complex travel problems across multiple software systems
Perform above-average computer literacy and navigation skills
Organize your work with great attention to detail
Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and independently

What is a passing score?
A passing score is 80% or higher. There are multiple quizzes and exams throughout the program of both theory and application. Full details on how students will be evaluated is covered in the introductory module.
What if I fail the course?
You will continue to have access to the course materials, so you can go back and practice any areas where you need additional development. If you failed the final exam and would like to retake it, you can email the instructor directly. You have 30 days to retake the final.
What are the benefits of earning a Certificate of Completion?
The Certificate of Completion indicates you have successfully completed the program to the standards we have set for the course. The certificate of completion and letter of endorsement can be used to apply for any open travel agent jobs.
Will this work on a Mac or Chromebook?
This program is optimized for PC (Windows) only. Those that have a Mac or Chromebook would need to download a Windows emulator. We do not provide any additional troubleshooting or support for Mac or Chromebook devices.
